Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Registered devices and any active VPN session bindings
• Subscription and plan records
• Usage statistics tied to your account

What may be retained

A small number of records, such as support tickets and security logs, may keep an anonymized reference for a limited period as required for fraud prevention and legal compliance. They are no longer linked to an active account after deletion.

You can also delete your account directly from the HarmanVPN app: My account → Delete my account. From Settings you can open Delete account.

Request deletion by email

Enter the email address associated with your HarmanVPN account. If an account exists, we will send a confirmation link to that address.

Submitting the form does not immediately delete your account. Deletion is completed only after you open and confirm the secure link sent to your account email address.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@harmanvpn.com.
