HarmanVPN Acceptable Use and Fair Usage Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the HarmanVPN mobile application and supported platforms, the marketing site, and related control-plane services operated for HarmanVPN users.

2. Location availability

Locations may be Active, Coming soon, or Under maintenance. Coming soon and maintenance locations cannot be selected or connected and do not enter the Auto pool. Only Active locations with a working resolver mapping may accept connections when product rules allow.

3. HarmanVPN Free plan

HarmanVPN Free includes a monthly traffic allowance currently set to 1 GB (receive + transmit), enforced by the control plane unless product settings change. Device and location rules follow published product configuration.

4. HarmanVPN Premium

HarmanVPN Premium currently includes unlimited traffic under product rules and no ads. Purchasing stays closed until payment and subscription systems are ready; HarmanVPN Premium may be granted manually for testing or support.

5. Traffic and device limits

Traffic and device limits for HarmanVPN Free and HarmanVPN Premium are enforced by the backend entitlement and metering systems that are live for the HarmanVPN Free monthly quota. Additional limits may evolve as the product matures.

6. Prohibited misuse

You may not use HarmanVPN for:

• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Distribution of malware or other harmful software
• Phishing or social-engineering attacks
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Fraud or impersonation
• Child sexual abuse material
• Denial-of-service or other attacks that disrupt services
• Commercial misuse that encourages copyright infringement
• Content or activity that is unlawful where you use the service
• Actions that harm other users or HarmanVPN infrastructure

7. Security and service integrity

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, peer limits, or availability controls. We may suspend access that threatens service integrity or other users.

8. Advertising and data use

We do not use VPN traffic content or browsing history for advertising. HarmanVPN Free users may see Google Mobile Ads interstitial ads when remote configuration enables advertising and applicable UMP/consent rules are met. HarmanVPN Premium does not show ads. Production advertising may remain disabled by configuration.

9. Service changes

We may change available locations, plan details, and fair-use thresholds as the network and product mature. Material changes will be reflected in this policy and related product screens.
