Terms of Service

1. Agreement

If you use HarmanVPN on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. The service is not directed to children.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until it is deleted or secured after a reported compromise.

We may require email verification and may suspend accounts that appear compromised or abusive.

5. HarmanVPN Free Plan

HarmanVPN Free currently includes a monthly data allowance of 1 GB (receive + transmit), enforced by our control plane, unless product settings change.

HarmanVPN Free accounts may see advertisements when advertising is enabled in configuration and applicable consent rules are satisfied.

Location availability and device limits follow published product rules and may change.

6. HarmanVPN Premium Plan

HarmanVPN Premium currently provides unlimited usage under product rules and does not show ads.

In-app purchase / store billing is not active yet. HarmanVPN Premium may be granted manually by administrators for testing or support. Published store product identifiers do not mean purchasing is open.

7. Usage Quotas

HarmanVPN Free quota is measured from aggregate WireGuard transfer counters on a UTC calendar-month basis. When the HarmanVPN Free allowance is exhausted, new VPN configurations may be refused until the next period or until entitlement changes.

8. Advertising

Advertising, when enabled for HarmanVPN Free users, is delivered via Google Mobile Ads subject to UMP consent where required. HarmanVPN Premium does not request ads. We do not promise any particular ad frequency.

9. Acceptable Use

You must use HarmanVPN only in accordance with law and our Acceptable Use Policy. You remain responsible for your own online conduct while using the VPN.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the service for:

• Illegal content or activity under applicable law
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Malware distribution or botnet activity
• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Attacks, scanning, or disruption of networks or services
• Copyright infringement or other IP violations
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse material
• Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Sanctions or export-control violations
• Interference with HarmanVPN infrastructure or security controls
• Credential sharing or resale of access in violation of these Terms

11. VPN and Third-Party Services

The VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the selected HarmanVPN node. Destinations you reach remain subject to their own terms and laws.

We do not guarantee access to every website or service, anonymity, or the ability to bypass legal restrictions.

12. Availability and Server Locations

Locations may be Active, Coming soon, or Under maintenance. Only Active locations may accept connections when product rules allow. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific speeds.

13. Device and Technical Requirements

You need a supported mobile OS, network connectivity, and grant of Android VpnService / iOS VPN permission where applicable. System VPN permission dialogs are controlled by the operating system.

14. Subscription and Billing

Paid auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play or Apple are not active in the current product. If billing launches later, additional store terms will apply and these Terms will be updated.

15. Auto-Renewal

No store auto-renewal is offered while billing is inactive.

16. Cancellations and Refunds

Because paid store subscriptions are not active, no in-product refund period is offered today. If store billing launches, refunds will follow the applicable store’s rules and any then-current HarmanVPN policy.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Acceptable Use violations, security risk, non-payment (when billing exists), or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

18. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account in the app or via https://harmanvpn.com/account-deletion. Deletion removes associated account data as described in the Privacy Policy. Future store subscriptions, if any, may need to be cancelled separately in the store; that separation will be disclosed when billing is live.

19. Intellectual Property

HarmanVPN branding, apps, and site content are owned by HarmanPlus or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the client for personal lawful use.

20. User Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, for securing your credentials, and for how you use third-party services over the VPN.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-particular-purpose operation.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmanPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

23. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify HarmanPlus against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or violation of these Terms.

24. Changes to Service and Terms

We may modify features, locations, quotas, and these Terms. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
